Location Shoot Hire

What makes Deans Court special is the range of locations we have available on one site. Our 13-bedroom manor house is a working family home, the interiors range from untouched attics and cellars to recently renovated, lived in rooms, to more formal areas such as the grand staircase, a large, portrait walled dining room and a drawing room designed by Liberty in 1930.

Having worked closely with Farrow & Ball, and recently been featured in World of Interiors, all renovated rooms have been designed with the house’s heritage in mind and redecorated in a stylist yet contemporary manner. Vintage wallpapers, antique furniture and family portraits sit alongside carefully chosen newer pieces.

The gardens offer a similar range of locations. Our grounds include sweeping lawns, mature trees, cottages, barns, a walled kitchen garden, a herb garden, potting shed, orchard, apiary, monastic pond and a river with a fine bridge. Authentic props are scattered throughout the garden and in the out-buildings and we also have a few living props such as sheep, goats and chickens.

Within the Deans Court estate we also have a vintage home wares store, a health food café, a shepherds hut, 2 holiday cottages and a 7 bedroom Gate House. All are available to be used and the Gate House in particular is a popular space. Recently decorated in Farrow & Ball paints and compromising an attic, games room, dining room and 7 bedrooms the house is large enough to cater for the requirements of an entire shoot. We offer shoot and stay and full catering for teams of up to 20. Please see our photo gallery below to get a feel for the space we have at Deans Court and contact us if you would like further details.
